The Hydrating Matcha Smoothie 

This smoothie is delicious, give it a try and let me know how you like it

Ingredients


  • 1-2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 apple
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp of cashews
  • 1 tsp of Matcha
  • 1 cup of water (or 1/2 cup of water & 1/2 cup of coconut water)
  • 2 tbsp of collagen

Directions

  • Place in a blender and blend away!
