Three Seed Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

For the smoothie:
  • 1 cup  water
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup fresh baby spinach
  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cup cooked sweet potato (not nessacary, I have leftovers and they add some sweetness)
  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 sccop of protein powder
  • 4 to 6 ice cubes
  • pinch, Himalayan salt
Topping ideas:
  • Granola
  • Nuts
  • Coconut flakes
  • Blueberries
  • Goji Berries

Directions:

  1. Add all the smoothie ingredients into a high speed blender and blend on high until smooth. Adjust sweetness if desired.
  2. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle on the toppings of your choice. Enjoy with a spoon!
