Cinnamon Hot Chocolate 

This twist on hot chocolate is a prefect way to keep you cozy, and warm through the upcoming winter months while also giving your health an extra boost! ❄️

Cinnamon is a great ingredient for blood sugar balancing and if you needed even more reason to love chocolate, chocolate is a great source of magnesium to keep us relaxed throughout the season.


  • 2.5 cups of hot water
  • 2 dates
  • 2 tbsp of brain octane MCT oil
  • 3 tbsp of raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 inch of cacao butter


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Be careful when blending as the hot water can cause pressure, you may want to allow the water to cool.

*If you need this to be a tad sweeter, you can always add a tsp of maple syrup
