Cinnamon is a great ingredient for blood sugar balancing and if you needed even more reason to love chocolate, chocolate is a great source of magnesium to keep us relaxed throughout the season.
CINNAMON HOT CHOCOLATE
- 2.5 cups of hot water
- 2 dates
- 2 tbsp of brain octane MCT oil
- 3 tbsp of raw cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 inch of cacao butter
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. Be careful when blending as the hot water can cause pressure, you may want to allow the water to cool.
*If you need this to be a tad sweeter, you can always add a tsp of maple syrup
